Important Dates for Invention Participants

January 10, All Intent to Invent forms due back to school.

 First weeks of January, Inventors packets distributed to participating K-3 students. 5th and 6th grade distributed at first in school workshop.

5th and 6th grade workshops: 1/20, 1/27, 2/3, 2/10. 2/24 at 2:15

Late January  -, Display board distribution (supplied by school) and 5-6th grade inventors workshops.

 Wednesday, February 28th, 6:30 -7:30 p.m., Chester Invention Convention Open House in Gym
All completed projects, logs, and display boards DUE Tuesday morning.To avoid morning bus congestion, please bring all projects to school from 7:30am -8:00 a.m.

 Thursday, March 1, 9:00-12:00, Chester Invention Convention, In school judging.

Additional Possible Dates for Recommended Inventors:
March 18, Regional Finals for State Invention Convention, Quinnipiac University
April 28, State invention Convention Finals, University of Connecticut, Storrs 
June , 3rd Annual National Invention Convention, Washington D.C.
